SECRETS AND CURIOSITIES ABOUT PAOLA MEJÍA

•Physical appereance: Short straight black hair, big black eyes, lovely white smile, perfect tanned skin, well groomed thin body and a model tallness.

Paola Andrea Mejía Rodríguez was named after Paola Turbay, she was born in Floridablanca, but her family came from Socorro, Santander. Her mother died when she was 2 years old and she grew up with her grandfather and siblings (two sisters and one brother [she's the older]).

She's a beautiful and happy wife that lives in Floridablanca with her husband in a lovely and small apartment. She thinks that having a husband doesn't affects on a student perfomance, "that depends on how he manage his own priorities" she said. At the moment she just studies, but she's planning to work in a public school when she finish University, and maybe have babies later on, she said that she has a lot of things to do before having children. She loves playing tennis, working out at the gym and spending time with the person that now is her family. She also likes listening to some singers like Sergio Vargas, Silvestre Dangond, Avicii and her favourite music to dance is Vallenato, Salsa, Merengue and Electronic music. 

Her first stepmother was an English teacher at Cambridge high school and she aplied to some courses there, so, she started feeling interested in Languages. At first, she didn't want to study at UIS, but her father wanted her to study in that University so she got in and now she loves it (In spite of strikes) On the other side, she thinks strikes are good to relax and travel, the bad side is that you lose a lot of time that at the end of the year you will need to finish your semestrer correctly.  She hasn't thought about studying something else. 

  Her biggest dream is to travel all over the world, to popular and clasic countries like Paris, London and Rome. She went to Orlando in a vacation trip, it was an amazing experience and a big motivation to continue studying; her youngest sister lives in the Bahamas and has been living there for 7 years with who nowadays is paola's stepmother, she speaks English and a little bit of spanish, her other siblings live here in Bucaramanga.

One of the best memories that she has of her childhood is making a mess and playing around her house with her cousin and sister. She didn't use to live with her father and when he visited her, they went fishing, camping and walking on the countryside. One of the things that she loves doing is spending time with the people she loves, last month she went to Bogota with her friends and it was an awesome experience to her.  

We asked her for an advice to have good results and she said that the best way to study is doing summaries, writing and reading everything a lot of times to memorise it, she also said that she prefers studying alone.
